Chinese Government lied. Because the government reduced the number by lying, there was a public anger to restore the statistics. Even Japanese government did same things.

Then it increased this much. There are several reasons why the number of infected people and the number of deaths are increasing even if the city is locked down.

In other words, there are many cases where people are infected from near places such as in the community or at home. And then, it may fly far away by airborne infection.
